Chapter Two: Sales 101 launches on April 24th and focuses on building a solid foundation for a sales-based company. We ask – how to find first/new customers? What and why customer really want and need? How to connect the dots between Approach, Customer Discovery, Storytelling, and Closing so that it would reveal our favourite image, the Paying Customer, as a result?
During our second session you will hear about:
How to prepare for cold contacts;
How to build trust with new customers;
Why good sales people never sell to customers who don’t need their product;
How to create a story and why social media should support the story;
How to guide the customer in their decision-making process;
How to deal with counter-arguments and objections.
